Contents: In addition the six-week program, you get ready-made weekly plans, quick full body workouts for busy days, deep core muscle workouts, exercises for your pelvic floor, a diet and a nutrition guide. You can choose a either gym version or a home version on the order form. (Or you can order them both!)
Suitability: For you who has gone their follow-up checkup already and had a permission to train. If you have given birth with C-section, we hope that you would wait 3-6 months after childbirth.The diet and the pelvic floor exercises can be started right away.)
