Goals: The main goal is to lose weight but also make major changes to your body composition and do as much changes as possible in the period of three months. This program is effective especially to those who wish to make major changes and fat burning on the problematic areas in your body. Contents: A 12-week program that is divided into three different workout cycles. Each of the cycles are 3-5 weeks long and have 4 workouts per week on average. With this program you will get a new and different kick to your routines. The concept includes a diverse diet plan to match your goals, including special diets! In addition to home/gym workouts you will get extra workouts and additional cardio workouts. You will exercise as much as you can, 3 times a week minimum. Choose gym or home.
