This concept includes programs for 10 weeks. Each week has a different theme from strength to recovery. You will workout 3-5 times a week with 1-3 added aerobic workouts depending from the theme:
Fat loss and metabolic conditioning
2 extra stretching programs for lower body
Versatile and comprehensive diet and guidance
Programs also includes challenging upper body workouts to compliment glute and lower body workouts. With this concept you will definitely challenge your body and you will notice the results in a short time! Includes a variable diet with different options. And special diets also e.g. vegan, dairy free, gluten free, nut free, egg free, soy free etc.
Home workouts can be done with bodyweight or with anyadded equipment resistance (if you need extra challenge). You’re also welcomed to our closed Facebook group where you can discuss about your project.
Suitability: Fits for everybody despite your fitness level and you can also variate these programs easier if necessary.
